Kat is great! On a couple of occasions I've asked her to help with something beyond a standard clean, and she's been able to help out (I especially appreciate her being able to get the deposits off my bathroom counter - i had no idea what it was, but she was able to research it and come back with a solution).

I wrote in my comments to your support email earlier. I don't believe the cleaner was very efficient overall and didn't seem to clean/align with the priorities indicated in the booking. I expect to talk to someone before my next booking to make sure we're aligned and to know what to expect.
