Karen did a wonderful job cleaning our house. She was 5 minutes earlier which she used to get ready to start. She cleaned all spaces I asked her for and even more! She even made our beds - thank you so much Karen!

Karen did a mediocre job cleaning our home. She was extremely slow and didn't seem to care very much about the job she did. There were many areas left untouched, and she did not both to move anything out of the way - I don't think she even swept under our kitchen table. I don't know if she was unable to move more quickly or if she were moving deliberately slowly to ensure she filled the full time slot she was booked for. Regardless, we were very disappointed by the price we paid for this service and will not use Home Spritz again.

I was very disappointed when you advertised that your cleaners were top of the line. I expected a lot more energy and elbow grease put into making the house clean. Picking up lamps instead of dusting around them getting in the corners and moving small tables etc to get all the dust when vacuuming. I wiped the floor with a wet cloth after it was scrubbed and it was dirty.
