Donna

Donna was beyond incredible. I mean, the attention to detail, she picked out things I would never have even thought of or noticed. She was an absolute dynamo and we are happy that she chose to accept our home into her working profile. We will be asking her back over and over.

Donna went above and beyond what was expected. There was a delay in her arrival but this was due to a road closure in the area and other circumstances beyond her control.

As usual Donna cleaned to a high level all around my house.

In addition to her excellent cleaning, today I wasn't feeling well. Donna had cleaned my bathroom and she suggested I shower while she continued to clean and she would listen out for me in case I fell. It turned out I had a lovely shower in my beautifully cleaned shower. But I so appreciated her listening out for me. As usual Donna cleaned my kitchen beautifully. My wood floors are really shiny,clean and fresh. I'm so glad Donna is my cleaner. It's not to say the other two cleaners you sent were poor but Donna outshines them.

Donna is obviously experienced and thoughtful person. She evaluates each room, cleans to a high standard, is very approachable and I'm so thankful she came to clean my home.

Thank goodness I have air conditioning. I cannot imagine a whirlwind like Donna working in a home without air con. My house is sparkling clean. I had a visitor last evening who commented on my shiny floors! I am more than satisfied with Donna's work.

Donna spends time working on all those places that needs special attention, like kitchen cupboards, bathroom cupboards that have lots of edges that collect dust and dirt. She cleans to a high standard.

Donna was amazing and went way above and beyond what I was expecting!

Donna works hard all of the time she is cleaning. She scrubs, cleans and completely cleans floors, I have lots of doggie toys, blankets over my floor. They are all cleaned over and under. I am more than happy with Donna.

I am going to miss Donna and her excellent cleaning. My house looks, smells and feel so lovely.

Donna is an excellent cleaner. I was very anxious about inviting a cleaner into my home. But Donna has made me a believer in inviting a cleaner into my home. Donna works extremely hard, my home is sparkling clean when she's finished. She is very personable, always on time if not before, and I am more than pleased to with her service.

Donna is not a clock watcher, she's right on time or before time every appointment. And she does not leave before time is up. Very personable. She cleans to a very high degree, my house is sparkling and smells beautifully. I never had a house cleaner before and was very nervous. Donna is the best i could ever hope for.

Excellent cleaning and Donna is very good with suggestions for me.
