About me

Hello, I'm an exceptional cleaner! With a great sense of humor, too!


I transitioned to professional cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic after 13 years of working with individuals with special abilities in the field of social work. My personality has always been strong and fiery, yet I'm highly adaptable to my environment.


I've considered house cleaning a love language for as long as I can remember, ever since I learned how to operate a washing machine. I've honed my cleaning skills quickly and have received many glowing reviews. I believe my success stems from cleaning with the same care and attention that I would hope for from others.


I have experience training and managing staff in a cleaning company for a smaller Facebook organization. I excel at prioritizing tasks and maintaining clean homes.


I believe people deserve support and that it's a sign of strength to ask for what they need. I see house cleaning as no different than a massage or a haircut—it's a service that makes you feel better and helps improve your life.


Integrity is very important to me. If you enjoy a silly person who sometimes gets chatty after too much caffeine or gets nervous, yet finds pride in a job well done, then you've found the right girl.

There has been a bit of a downward shift in Cassandra's work, forgetting cleaning supplies at our house, or when coming to clean the house. A more scattered presence, last minute scheduule changes and being a little late most times. She is usually on calls/video conferences while working, which in theory doesn't bother me, but it seems like little things are getting missed and maybe that is the cause - like her focus is in too many directions. One day Cassandra only cleaned for 2 hours, not the scheduled 3 hours, and the house looked just the same as it does with a three hour clean, so I start to wonder if I'm not getting the full service I am paying for. She doesn't always use the Homespritz system to check in and out for cleanings, which also builds a bit of distrust for the days when I'm not at home for the cleans.

Unfortunately, this clean really didn't hit the mark. My wife and I walked through our home together this evening and noted the following: broken toilet paper holder in master bath (had been completely knocked off its mounting bracket and we were not notified of this damage), dust clumps along baseboards and in corners, hair and debris left around toilet seats, many flat surfaces not dusted, crumbs on several sections of kitchen counter tops, greasy/smeared coffee machine and toaster (they actually looked worse after the clean), work station in basement not cleaned at all with, cleaning items left scattered around the home, etc. I spent about an hour and a half sweeping and vacuuming missed areas, recleaning two toilets, properly wiping appliances to remove streaks, and attempting to fix the broken toilet paper holder. Not how I wanted to spend my evening and completely defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaner. Happy to share photos and additional details with Home Spritz if it's helpful.

Cassandra is an absolute gem of a woman and a terrific cleaner. She put me completely at ease, and got rid of so much grime and dust. I honestly was not expecting her to get through the amount of work that she did yesterday, and I'm excited to have her continue to clean my house.
